In October 2026, Creative Village celebrated another significant milestone with the grand opening of The Beacon, a new 115-unit affordable apartment community in Downtown Orlando. Mayor Buddy Dyer, District 5 City Commissioner Shan Rose and project partners gathered on October 6, 2026 to mark the completion of the development.
Developed by Atlantic Housing Partners and Bank of America Community Development Company, The Beacon expands housing opportunities for Orlando residents and represents continued progress in Creative Village.
