Creative Village remains a hub for community programs and creative expression, and was recently featured in the March/April 2026 issue of Artistry Magazine. The article spotlights Page 15’s “Pop-Up Poetry in Parramore,” a youth-focused event held on the front porch at The Monroe, where students and new writers shared their original work with the public. This program brings together students, teachers and community members, supporting Page 15’s goal of building confidence and literacy through creative writing. Creative Village and its community partners supported the event, while The Monroe offered a welcoming space for everyone. Hosting Pop-Up Poetry in Parramore shows how the placemaking strategy at Creative Village brings education, culture and community together to provide meaningful experiences in the district.
