As of February 2026, Creative Village Phase 2 is under construction with two new projects, Parcel H and The Beacon, bringing additional housing, restaurant, retail and office space to Downtown Orlando’s innovation district and marking a significant milestone in the ongoing implementation of the Creative Village master plan.
PARCEL H – MIXED-USE
Positioned at the south end of Luminary Green Park, Parcel H will introduce a mixed-use building that supports the continued evolution of Creative Village as a destination for urban living.

Parcel H will further activate the southern end of Luminary Green Park and expand neighborhood-serving restaurants, retail and professional services, enhancing Creative Village’s walkable urban environment.
THE BEACON – MIXED-INCOME HOUSING
Rising at the southeast corner of West Amelia Street and North Parramore Avenue, The Beacon will deliver additional mixed-income housing to the district.

- Across the street from OCPS Academic Center for Excellence PK-8 School
- Expected to open in late 2026
