The first market-rate apartment project in Creative Village, The Julian, opened in July 2020. The Julian is a 14-story building with 409 contemporary residences accompanied by 6,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and an integrated parking garage.
The Julian was co-developed by The Allen Morris Company and Ustler Development, Inc. The total project value is approximately $108 million.
